TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS
1.) Once all parties have agreed on a design and you are ready to purchase, we require a 50% (Non Refundable) down payment upon placement of the order. All exceptions must be approved by LL Ballroom Dancewear.
2.) There are "NO REFUNDS" on custom made garments.
3.) If you qualify for our "Easy Payment Plan", the first monthly payment is due upon delivery or shipping. Automatic monthly payments will be charged to your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card until balance is paid in full. There are "NO" exceptions to this term.
4.) Alteration fees will apply if major alterations are needed after the final fitting. Minor alteration fees may apply at the discretion of LL Ballroom Dancewear.
5.) A $40.00 service fee will be charged for any personal check returned to us due to insufficient funds or any other reason.
6.) In the event of a default of any of the terms of the purchase agreement, LL Ballroom Dancewear will be entitled to recover any and all costs related to collections and/or lawyer fees.
7.) We reserve the right (unless specified by you) to publish any photos for advertising purposes only on our website or any other form of advertising media such as brochures, etc.
8.) This website contains links to other websites that are not under the control of LL Ballroom Dancewear. LL Ballroom Dancewear has no responsibility for the linked websites, nor do we necessarily endorse the linked websites. LL Ballroom Dancewear provides the links solely for the convenience and information to our website users.
9.) Although you may "Bookmark" a particular portion of this website and thereby bypass these terms, your use of this website still binds you to these terms. Since LL Ballroom Dancewear may revise these terms at any time, we suggest that you visit this page periodically to review these terms.
