Q: Why is my garment so expensive?
A: This is a tough question. First of all, we base our labor on a starting labor rate depending on the type of garment, not an hourly rate like other dancewear suppliers basing their pricing on how long a garment might take. This can save you, our valued customer considerable dollars compared to other dancewear suppliers.
Embellishments can also add considerable cost to a garment because of the labor involved. For this reason, we base this type of labor seperate from the starting labor. Remember that the garment we make for you is hand made, one of a kind and custom fit to your measurements.
Q: How long will my garment take?
A: We always try to work on a first come, first served basis. Depending on the garment, fabric, other materials availability and our production schedule, the lead time can be from 6 to 10 weeks from the date of the order. However, "RUSH" orders are possible for an additional fee.
Q: Why do you insist on using Swarovski Crystals?
A: Ah! A simple question. Just put a Swarovski Crystal next to what we call a generic/glass stone and you 'll understand why. LL Ballroom Dancewear will never skimp on quality. The light reflection of a Swarovski Crystal is nothing short of magical. Swarovski's cost a little more, but remember it takes the same amount of labor for either quality or the cheapies.
Q: Do you have a payment plan?
A: Yes we do. We simply call it our "Easy Payment Plan"
You can take up to 6 months* to pay on purchases of $400.00 or more.
*After a non-refundable deposit is made to cover the cost of materials is met (This includes any fabric, fringe, misc. materials, embellishments and shipping costs) The deposit amount cannot be determined until the dress is designed. Automatic monthly payment from Visa, Mastercard or Discover is required (You choose what date of the month), with the first payment due upon delivery or shipping of the garment.
